Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. A $25 cancellation fee will apply if you fail to do so.  

Late Arrivals/No Shows

Here at Ideal Harmony Massage & Wellness, we can work within a 5 minute delay, however, if time runs 10-15 minutes or more, we will likely have to shorten your session by that amount of time. 

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
